Everson, WA – It was Little Caesars and Shots 2 Go Espresso night at Deming Speedway on Friday, and just like Little Caesars signature pizza, the action was “Hot n Ready”! Feature winners on the night were Levi Kuntz, Brock Lemley, Shane Smith, Dustin Ramsey and Kole Campbell. 

The back and forth action in the Speedmart 600 main event was incredible, as Levi Kuntz and Collin Mackey took the crowd to Slide Job City during the mid portion of the main event. Mackey had kept Kuntz close during the race’s early stage, but come the middle portion, it was game on as Mackey threw bomb after bomb at Kuntz, with Levi having the perfect counter move time and again. Coming to the flag stand on lap 15, Mackey short slid Kuntz at mid corner and beat him out of the turn to lead the lap. Both drivers then raced hard to the low side of turn one where contact occurred, with Mackey getting the worst end of the exchange, ending up stopped in the infield. On the restart, Kuntz would build up an insurmountable lead on his way to victory lane, with Spencer Constance collecting another podium finish in taking second and Reese Wickard charging from 11th to take third. Kuntz won his heat race, as did Carson Guffie and Alex Gouy. 

Brock Lemley collected win number five on the season in the Shots 2 Go Espresso 1200 class, leading all 25 laps of the main while never being challenged. Tyson Cross and Derek Holmwood rounded out the podium. Heat winners were Cross, Jared Gundersen and Terry Lewis. 

Shane Smith went wire to wire for the win in the NW Focus Midget Series main. Smith turned away a solid challenge from Jeff Westergard early and Jared Peterson over the final few laps to secure the victory in the Brian Rose owned midget. Peterson ended up second, with Jake Munn third. Westergard was a heat race winner along with Brian Holmkvist. 

It was all Dustin Ramsey in the Mytrafficman.NET 600 Restricted main event. Ramsey led all 20 laps of the caution heavy event, with McKenna Morgan coming in second with Sawyer Baxter third. Heat winners were Brooklyn Constance, Grace Matier, Baxter and Clayton Jalakas.

Kole Campbell collected his first career win in the Capstone Plastering JR Sprints, leading all 20 laps without challenge for the victory. Drake Wiersma and Madi Hoppe rounded out the podium, with Hoppe also collecting the hard charger award on the night. Wiersma won a heat race, as did Kinley Askvig.
