Here’s the plan for pit stall reservations as we kick off the 2026 season:

Confirm Your Intent

All teams must message 360-815-1647 by Friday at 8PM to confirm their intent to return.

– Include your current pit stall

– Let us know if you are interested in moving stalls

Check out the pit map pic showing which stalls qualify for renewal

Saturday, 3/28 – Practice Day Schedule

12:00 PM – Pit Stall Renewals Open

– For teams with stalls eligible for renewal (see pit map)

– Includes new teams committed to running the full season

– Teams may keep their current stall or request to move

– Moves will be first come, first serve starting at noon

4:00 PM – Open Selection

– All remaining stalls become available

– First come, first serve

If you can’t be there in person, you may message the track at 4:00 PM with your stall selection, and we will do our best to accommodate requests.

Payment

– Payment is required to secure your pit stall

Goal

– Keep the process fair and organized

– Reward teams who consistently support the track

– Make sure stalls are actively used throughout the season
